Owned by Fran Lively Mathers, Via Reál is newly renovated and offering a Spanish twist on its Mexican and Southwestern fine dining. Signature dishes include Pecan Crusted Chilean sea bass with Jalapeno and Pineapple Sauce and Red Oak Smoked Tenderloin with a Blackberry-Pinot Noir Sauce.
Walking through the front doors of Via Reál is like stepping off the Conestoga in Sedona. A five foot high wall of adobe serves to establish the sense of entry, while two walkways lead patrons to indoor patios. Sitting at the old cantina style bar you can glance into the courtyard or out the windows as beautiful Las Colinas.
