Latigo Café-Bakery is the long awaited restaurant by Fifth generation Texan and Chef Doug Atkinson. This welcome addition to the rolling hills of Austin County, Texas boasts a version of the Chef’s signature “Lone Star Cuisine” adapted to a simple yet fun menu of Texas favorites. Several different burgers, salads, sandwiches and entrees complete a menu that will satisfy all patrons. The bakery menu offers a daily selection of pies, cakes, and specialty desserts.
