Nationally-recognized chef Daniel Haverty headlines a restaurant that combines a refined setting with relaxed dining. Under Haverty's direction, the restaurant
utilizes inherent flavors in food and enhances them with Southwestern
ingredients like chiles and herbs. In 1997, Haverty's skills were recognized in
the Chef's Challenge, sponsored by the Texas Beef Council during the Texas Hill
Country Wine & Food Festival. By virtue of this award, Haverty was a guest chef
of the James Beard Foundation in New York in January 1998. In 2000 at the
Festival, Haverty received the Critic's Choice Award at Stars Across Texas. He
has also been the host chef for many years for the Share Our Strength benefit
dinners held at Shoreline Grill.
