Blaine Staniford serves as executive chef for Fuse, a TexAsian restaurant and lounge in Dallas, Texas. Prior to joining Fuse he served as sous chef at Lola the restaurant in Dallas. Staniford received first place in the Dallas Morning News’ Rising Star Chef competition in 2002. At Consilient Restaurants, he worked at several concepts including Cuba Libre Café, Bamboo Bamboo and Sense. Previously he served as sous chef at The Riviera in Dallas. Staniford also attended The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY where he was one of the program’s youngest graduates at age 19.
