Tony Sansalone, an Italian-born native received his culinary training in Palm Beach, Fla. Upon completion of his American Culinary Federation 3 yr apprenticeship, Tony spent the next 5 yrs working in So. Florida’s premiere resorts. In 1990, Tony began his journey with Four Season’s Hotels. Chef Sansalone has had the opportunity of working on several five star properties. In 1996, Tony accepted the Pastry Chef position at the Four Season’s Hotel in Austin, Texas. While at this property, Tony was very involved with the community, receiving local & national exposure. Most recently, One of Austin’s premiere Pastry Chefs, Austin American Statesman in 2003. “Top 5 Summer Sensations” televised Food Network in 2004. In 2005 after fifteen years with Four Season’s Hotels, Tony has ventured on his own. Along with his wife, Ashley, together they opened their own bakery- Sansalone’s Specialty Cakes & Fine Pastry.
