Chefs Kent Rathbun (of Abacus and Jaspers in Dallas) and Bryan Caswell (of Reef restaurant in Houston), Chef David Bull (of Bolla Restaurant at the Stoneleigh Hotel in Dallas) and Chef Rebecca Rather (of Rather Sweet Bakery in Fredericksburg) will join Chef Elmar in creating dishes that will both delight the palate and push the envelope. A champagne reception precedes the seated dinner under the stars on the Four Seasons' beautiful lakeside lawn.
