The Darrell Royal ballroom is the setting for a five course dinner expertly paired with wines and Champagnes from Moet Hennessy. Festival Guest Chefs, Joey Campanaro (The Little Owl, New York), Danny Trace (Cafe Adelaide, New Orleans), Tre Wilcox (Top Chef contender), Naomi Gallego (TRIO, Austin) will be joining Barton Creek's Executive Chef Phil Bouza in creating a menu to tantalize and delight. Valet parking will be available and is complimentary for Lexus owners.
